Compile Fax Text For Free

A fax cover sheet is a page that is faxed to your recipient before your actual fax message and is used to identify the sender, the intended recipient, the subject, and maybe a few lines about the content of the attached documents.

You can send a text message as a fax on your cell phone. Text messaging is pretty much synonymous for communication.

To send a fax, tap Compose a Fax. Enter the fax number for the recipient or select a contact. Enter a cover letter note and take a photo of or upload your document from Dropbox. Tap Send Fax, and it's on its way.

If you're going to send a fax, you want to make sure to include a fax cover sheet with every transmission. The cover sheet makes the who, what, and why about your fax crystal clear to the receiver. A fax cover sheet also serves as a layer of protection for confidential or sensitive documents.

Click Compose, New, or ff0b to do so. Enter the recipient's fax number and your fax extension. In the "To" text field, type in your recipient's fax number, then type in your fax extension. For example, to send an eFax message to fax machine, you might type in 1234567890@efaxsend.com here.

Simply find a file on your phone, upload it to Files Anywhere and choose to fax it from the remote files. Just like sending a document on a real fax machine, you fill out the recipient's information, the sender's contact information, type a number and press Fax. Files Anywhere even sends a traditional cover sheet.
