Compose Comment Record For Free

Using the share icon, you can add people to a specific base, or to your entire workspace (and all your bases in that workspace). You can generate a link to share, or have an invite sent through Airtable to individual email addresses; either way, you can control the access each person has.

Audio from a microphone Click on the microphone button. Click Allow on the microphone permissions pop-up if prompted. After the countdown is complete, begin recording your comment. Click the red flashing light at the bottom of the screen to stop recording. The comment will begin playing.

If people have recorded comments on a VoiceThread and you cannot see them, the most likely explanation is that Comment Moderation is enabled for this VoiceThread.

To comment on a longer time range within an audio or video file, press the open bracket on your keyboard at the point your comment would be addressing. When you have reached the end of the range that your comment addresses, click the close bracket on your keyboard.

To comment on one of them: Access the Airtable app and select the base. Tap on a record to expand it. Click on the Record Activity icon (two heads and shoulders icon) in the top right-hand corner. Tap inside the dialogue box at the bottom where it says Add Comment. Begin typing your comment then Send.

Welcome to the community, Liz! Airtable doesn't track that kind of detail to my knowledge. Your best bet would be to embed your table into a website. Most website hosts track a lot of info about who visits your site, which pages are visited, etc., which would give you the info you seek.

To post an audio comment or message, click and hold this button down until it turns red, speak what you want, and when you're done, simply let go of the record button to upload your voice message.
