With conditional logic, your WordPress forms will dynamically change based on the selections the user makes while filling out your WPForms. You can choose to show or hide fields based on a selected item. You can also choose to display custom text or set custom field values based upon what the user selected.

In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.

Conditional fields allow you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met. To create conditional fields, you must first create custom fields and then leverage such fields in forms.

On the form template, select the control that you want to add conditional formatting to, and then click Conditional Formatting on the Format menu. In the Conditional Formatting dialog box, click Add.

First, select the question. Then click the Add section button on the menu to the right. After you've added the section, click the three dots in the bottom right to add logic to the question by selecting Go to section based on answer. There are now dropdowns to the right of each answer option.
