Concatenate Signature Form For Free

Add your signature Click the Sign icon in the top toolbar. Click Add Signature in the sub menu. Choose one of the four options Acrobat Sign provides for adding an e-signature: Type your name.Click Apply. Move your mouse to the correct location and click once to place your signature. Click Done.

Signature is unique so there is no such feature to store multiple signatures or initials under fill & sign tool. As a work around you create images of your signature using other application & save them at a location, then you can directly insert those images as a signature.

From the Menu bar, go to Tools > Form > Digital Signature . Click and drag the first signature field. Repeat the process for however many signatures you need.

Placing Multiple Signatures Open a PDF that contains multiple signature fields. Right click the first signature field to be signed and choose the Certify with Visible Signature option. The Certify Document window will appear.Click Sign. Save the PDF & enter the password for your Certificate/USB Token.

On the Insert tab, click Pictures > Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then click Insert. Click the picture to show the Picture Format tab. On the Picture Format tab, click Crop, and then crop the signature.

Merge PDFs. Open Acrobat, go to the Tools menu, and select Combine Files. Click Add Files or drag and drop them into the window. Rearrange your files if necessary and choose your output settings. Click Combine to merge your files. Save your new PDF.

Open the signed pdf in Adobe. Open print dialogue (Ctrl+p) Change the printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF" then print. The newly created PDF will have the signatures and will behave as a normal pdf for combine/merge activities.
