Concatenate Signature Log For Free

In CLM, users are able to merge two or more PDFs into a single document. Using this feature, PDFs are merged in the order that they appear in Document Preview. Log on to CLM.

If you have PDF documents digitally signed the only way to combine them preserving their signatures is to create a PDF Portfolio with Acrobat Pro. The PDF Portfolio will have each combined file attached to it, in an attractive interface, but it is a PDF with your PDF files attached to it.

In the Acrobat desktop app, go to the Tools center, scroll down to the E-Sign section, and then select Send in bulk. Sign in to Acrobat online, select the E-Sign menu in the top navigation bar, and then select Send in bulk.

Open the signed pdf in Adobe. Open print dialogue (Ctrl+p) Change the printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF" then print. The newly created PDF will have the signatures and will behave as a normal pdf for combine/merge activities.

It's not an issue, it's by design. A signed file can't be edited, as that invalidates the signature. You need to first combine the files, and then sign them all as a single document, or you can combine the signed files as a part of a Portfolio.

Technically you cannot merge the digitally signed documents and preserve the validity of the signatures. Any time you merge the documents with digital signatures, the signatures will be either removed or invalidated.

To add a signature line to a document, do the following: Click the Insert tab and then click the Signature Line option in the Text section. In the resulting dialog, enter the signature details, such as name, title, etc. (Figure A).Click OK to insert the signature line.

Drag fields from the tabs on the right of the screen and drop the fields on the document. When placing fields for multiple recipients, first select the participant from the Recipients list, then place the fields.

Insert a signature line Click where you want the line. Click Insert > Signature Line. Click Microsoft Office Signature Line. In the Signature Setup box, you can type a name in the Suggested signerbox. You can also add a title in the Suggested signer's title box. Click OK. The signature line appears in your document.
