Find the button in the "Components" list and drag it onto the form. While the button is still selected, go to the "Properties" window on the bottom right of your screen and change its text property to read: "Clear Radio Buttons."

By definition Radio buttons will only have one choice, while check boxes can have many. Add "name" attribute and keep the name same for all the radio buttons in a form. Hope that would help. Just give them the same name throughout the form you are using.

Radio buttons are arranged in groups of two or more and displayed on screen as, for example, a list of circular holes that can contain white space (for unselected) or a dot (for selected). Each radio button is normally accompanied by a label describing the choice that the radio button represents.

You group radio buttons by drawing them inside a container such as a Panel control, a GroupBox control, or a form. All radio buttons that are added directly to a form become one group. To add separate groups, you must place them inside panels or group boxes.

As you add each radio button you could right-click on it and display its properties. One of the properties is GroupName; change this to something like Pin1, Pin2, etc. As long as each radio button uses a different group name, they will be considered independent of each other.

Select the group that you want to ungroup. For more information, see Select or deselect controls on a worksheet. Right-click the selection, point to Grouping, and then click Ungroup. To continue ungrouping, click Yes when the message box appears.

Select the grouped object and press Ctrl+Shift+G. Right-click the grouped object, scroll to Group, and select Ungroup. Select the grouped object. Go to the Home tab, click Arrange, and select Ungroup.
