A contract is a written agreement between parties.Use Salesforce to establish and document the contracts that you have with your accounts and opportunities. Track the contract through your approval process. And use workflow alerts to remind yourself of contract renewals.

It is not possible for one party to unilaterally change the terms of a contract, since contract law requires that both (or all) parties agree to the terms provided and signed. If you have an amendment you would like made to a contract, you need to propose this to the other party and seek their approval first.

First, you have to be very sure of the terms of the contact, which isn't easy when there isn't a written record of them. Then you have to be clear that your client has breached these terms and this breach entitles you to terminate. Once you have established this, you must give reasonable notice of termination.

Open your PDF legal contracts by clicking the "Open" button on the main window. Go to "Edit" tab directly and you'll find there are many editing options. If you want to modify some texts, just click on the "Edit Text" button. You can choose "Line Mode" or "Paragraph Mode" to edit the texts.

Minor modifications to a contract can be handwritten onto the document. Clearly write the changes, and sign your initials next to each change, before signing the entire document. If the other party agrees to the changes, the other party will also initial the changes and sign the document.

To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page. A Contract can also be deleted by clicking Delete on the Contract detail page. Note: When deleting a Contract, all related Notes, Attachments, Events and Tasks, History, and Approval Requests are deleted.

Click on the Contracts tab in the header pane to open the contract list view page.Enable the check box beside the Contracts Name to be deleted.Click on Delete.A pop up window confirming the delete operation appears. Click Yes to proceed. The contracts is deleted from the list.
