Contract PPR For Free

MCC's mandate is to assist the world's poorest countries in reducing poverty through economic growth while strengthening good governance, economic freedom, and investments in people in those countries selected to receive its assistance.

The Millennium Challenge Corporation is an independent U.S. Government agency working to reduce global poverty through economic growth. Created in 2004, MCC provides time-limited grants and assistance to countries that meet rigorous standards for good governance, fighting corruption and respecting democratic rights.

Since 2004, MCC has committed over $14 billion in assistance through its compact and threshold agreements. Most MCC funding has been provided through compacts (96%), with a smaller proportion provided through thresholds (4%).

The goal of this Compact is to reduce poverty through economic. growth in Nepal (the Compact Goal). MCC's assistance will be provided in a manner that. strengthens good governance, economic freedom, and investments in the people of Nepal. Section 1.2 Project Objectives.

Procurements comply with MCC's Program Procurement Guidelines, which are based on international procurement standards. MCC oversees these procurement processes to ensure that contracts are open, transparent, free of corruption, and provide best value to American taxpayers.

After completion of the IP2 stage, the Passport Request (PPR) e-mail is sent if the applicant already paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fees upfront. PPR e-mails are taking 7-20 days after the IP2 stage.
