Copy Columns Title For Free

On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Page Setup. Under Print Titles, click in Rows to repeat at top or Columns to repeat at left and select the column or row that contains the titles you want to repeat. Click OK.

Select Page Layout. Click Print Titles. Click in Columns to repeat at left. Choose the column to repeat.

Control + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac) to copy range of cells. Control + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac) to paste in the destination cells.

Paste Special options Select the cells that contain the data or other attributes that you want to copy. On the Home tab, click Copy . Select cells from the columns you want to copy (CTRL+Click), choose "Copy selected Headers" in Results grid context menu and column names will be copied to clipboard. This action creates a comma-separated list that can be pasted wherever you need.
