Debenture Delete SNN Field For Free

Note: Before you delete any data or run a delete query, make sure that you have a backup of your Access desktop database. If you want to only delete a few records, you don't need a query. Just open the table in Datasheet view, select the fields (columns) or records (rows) that you want to delete, and then press DELETE.

Click the Query Type button list arrow on the toolbar and select Delete Query from the list. Another way to change the type of query is to select Query from the menu and select the type of query from the list. Access converts the select query to a delete query and displays the Delete row in the query design grid.

Press Alt+F9. This makes all the field codes in your document visible, instead of the results of those fields. Press Ctrl+H. In the Find What box, enter ^d as what you are searching for (make sure you use a lowercase d). Make sure the Replace With box is empty. Click on Replace All.

Delete multiple fields Press and hold the Ctrl key and select the other rows of fields you want to delete.

To delete more than one field, select the checkbox next to the name of each field that you want to delete, then click Delete at the top of the table. To delete a single field, click the delete icon ( ), to the right of the field that you want to delete.

Delete a field from a query In the Navigation Pane, right-click the query, and then click Design View. In the query design grid, select the field that you want to delete, and then press DEL.

In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table, and then click Design View. In the table design grid, select the field that you want to delete, and then press DEL. Close and save the table.
