To select more than one row in the data view, click one row, then hold the Control (Windows) or Command (Mac) key and select each of the other rows you wish to edit or remove. To select a continuous list, click one row, then hold the Shift key and click the last row.

Sort by Color and Delete Selected Rows The rows will be sorted to the top of the list. Select the rows by clicking on the header of the first row to remove, and dragging down to the last row you wish to remove, then, in the Ribbon, select Home > Cells > Delete > Delete Sheet Rows.

To remove any background colors, patterns, or fill effects from cells, just select the cells. Then click Home > arrow next to Fill Color, and then pick No Fill.
