Delete Phone Text For Free

You can delete your copy of messages you've sent or received from your phone. This has no impact on your recipients' chats. Your recipients will still see the messages in their chat screen.

You cannot affect the message on the other phone. If you delete it on your phone it does not delete it from the recipients phone. You cannot retract a deleted message without restoring the entire phone backup and that is assuming that the message is contained in the backup.

Steps to Delete Facebook Messages From Both Sides On your phone, tap and hold the message you want to delete. Then select Remove. Tap the Unsend option when asked who you want to remove the message for.

How to Delete Messages on iPhone From Both Sides? Open the desired chat in the Messages app on your iPhone. Long press on the text you want to delete and tap on the More option. To unsend a text message, launch the Messages app, press and hold down on the message (blue text only) you want to unsend, and tap Undo Send. The text message will disappear from your thread, on both your end and the recipient's.
