The Bluebook has different formats for law review footnotes vs. briefs, court documents and legal memos. The INSIDE FRONT COVER of the Bluebook provides some quick examples of Bluebook format used when writing law review footnotes (ie. law review articles and ULWR papers).

In law review main text, case names are italicized. In footnote text, use ordinary roman/plain text for case names in a full citation or for case names in a short citation when both parties are referenced. However, in the short cite format when only one party is referenced, italicize the case name.

As a general matter, cases should be italicized, rather than underlined. Case names are not underlined in the United States Reports, the Solicitor General's briefs, or law review articles, and for good reason.

The certificates of deposit account is a current asset account representing the investment by the business. Depending on the term of the certificate the account is shown in the balance sheet as part of cash and cash equivalents or short term investments.
