Diagram Text Form For Free

Select a shape or connector. Select Home > Text. Make your changes.... Select Insert > Text Box. Select either Draw Horizontal Text Box or Vertical Text Box. Select the place on the drawing page where you want to add the text. Type in the text. Select a blank area of the drawing page.

Right-click the selection rectangle of the shape you want to change. On the shortcut menu, click Format AutoShape. In the Format AutoShape dialog box, click the Text Box tab. Under Text Box Margins, adjust the measurements to increase or decrease the distance between the text and the outer border of the shape.

Add text to a shape Click Insert > Draw Text Box . Draw a text box close to the shape. Click inside the text box, and start typing.

To create a diagram or flowchart, you can add and combine different shapes. Click the slide where you want to add the diagram or flowchart. Add any combination of these shapes: To add a shape, click Shape. and choose a shape or arrow. To add connecting lines or arrows, click Line. and choose a line or arrow.

To change the text box shape: Select the text box you want to change. The Format tab will appear. From the Format tab, click the Edit Shape command. Hover the mouse over Change Shape, then select the desired shape from the menu that appears. The text box will appear formatted as the shape.

Add text to an AutoShape On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, and then click the shape that you want. Drag to create the shape. The shape is automatically selected. On the Drawing Tools tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Text. Type the text that you want.

Go to Insert > Text Box, and then select Draw Text Box. Click or tap in the document, and drag to draw the text box the size that you want. To add text to a text box, select inside the text box, and then type or paste text.
