Expiry dates can vary as the trader decides how long they are valid for. Some sellers can be flexible. If your voucher has expired, contact the seller to see if they will extend it. However, if you bought the gift voucher before 2 December 2019, they have no legal obligation to do this and may charge you a fee.

The Redemption Date is the last day in which you will be able to redeem your voucher. If the voucher is not redeemed by this date it will unfortunately not be available for use. Ensure that you check the date and redeem the voucher before this date.

The date of expiration usually means by end of day for the business. Once the date is past that then there's no question, and that's the point - the coupon is good until the day after.

Some tickets can be canceled for a voucher refund, minus a cancellation fee. Others can be canceled for free, but are available to travelers in the future as flight vouchers.

Air travelers can automatically extend their credit by using part of the credit. Just make sure the new expiration date will give you enough time to make a new reservation. Because once the flight credit is gone, it's gone.
