Display Currency Voucher For Free

Foreign Currency Exchange Voucher means a voucher issued to record the details of foreign currency exchanges.

The voucher is foreign when the transaction currency code is different from the base currency code; otherwise the voucher is domestic. Displays the currency code of the company that is assigned to the voucher. This is the domestic currency of the voucher.

How to Exchange Currency Contact a bank or credit union to make sure it has the currency or will accept foreign currency, and check what the fees are. Check the bank's exchange rate to make sure it's fair. Arrange for pickup or delivery.

Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info. > Currencies > Alter . 2. Select a currency from the Currencies list (displayed, if there is more than 1 currency).

In the form of bank draft, cheque, pay order, foreign currency notes/travellers cheque from a buyer during his visit to India, provided that the foreign currency so received is surrendered within the specified period to the authorised dealer.

Note: You cannot delete a currency if it is used in a transaction.

Currency Exchange or Traveller's cheques exchanged facility is only provided to the in-house guests or guests with reservation. Hotels are normally not authorised to exchange the currency other than to the local currency. Most hotels won't allow currency exchange facility for the passer-by guests.

Like any other master, you can create a currency master in TallyPrime and use it while recording transactions and also view reports. Press Alt+G (Go To) > Alter Master > Currency > and press Enter. Alternatively, Gateway of Tally > Create > Currency > and press Enter. The Currency Creation screen appears.

Record sales invoice with multi-currency Press Alt+G (Go To) > Create Voucher > press F8 (Sales). Alternatively, Gateway of Tally > Vouchers > F8 (Sales). Select the Party A/c Name. Select the Name of Item, and enter the Quantity. Provide the foreign currency details.Press Ctrl+A to save, as in other transactions.
