Display Number Contract For Free

Unless an article consists of one section only, each section should be numbered. Do not place the word Section in front of each section number.

The contract number is long and comprised of letters, numbers, dashes, and perhaps a space as well. An example would be W912HN-01-C-0022 0034.

You can number sections consecutively (i.e. 1., 2., 3. or (1), (2), (3)) or you can number the articles and sections using a multiple-numeration system (i.e. the sections of article 2 being numbered 2.1, 2.2, 2.3).

To do so, call the detailed view of the policy, and in the Contract group box choose (Create Claim). The Create Claim: Initial Screen appears and you are now in Claims Management (FS-CM).

The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality. In some states, elements of consideration can be satisfied by a valid substitute.

Always spell out a number at the beginning of a sentence. If you can't abide by that simple rule in a particular instance, then you must rewrite the sentence. Wrong: 121 attorneys attended the seminar last month. Correct: One hundred twenty-one attorneys attended the seminar last month.

The two-digit identifier is called a contract number, even though you can assign alphanumeric characters or symbols as the contract number. The contract number determines what type of contract you are creating.

It is traditional, but not crucial, to omit the page number from page one. Many law offices place standard footers on all legal documents.
