Header conditions apply to all items in the document and are automatically distributed to the items. A header condition can be based on either a percentage or on an absolute amount.

Hello, HEADER conditions are applied for all the items in the document and ITEM condition applicable to particlar item. Header conditions are manal conditions and dont have teh Access sequence while the Item conditions have the access sequence.

Header condition does not have access seq. like item condition. So if you are working on header condition then you don't need to create condition record for that. Need to activate header condition check box in condition type while creating this condition type.
