Edit Watermark Notice For Free

Watermarks are in the graphics layer and usually attached to the header/footer. It is not possible to copy both the main text and the watermark in the same process. You can only copy one layer at a time.

Text watermark Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Move the cursor over the watermark until you see the four-headed arrow, and then click the watermark to select it. Under WordArt Tools, select Format. Select Shape Fill. Try: Selecting a lighter or darker shade.Select OK.

Update a watermark Open a single PDF. Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Watermark > Update. Make changes to the watermark, and then click OK.

On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you don't see the watermark, click View > Print Layout.

Click the Add Text button at the top of the PDF page. You should see a text watermark being added. Click on it to edit the text.

Click on the Start PDF Editor button underneath the file upload area. Go to the toolbar in the left pane and click on the page. This will make it active in the main window. Locate the watermark, click on the Erase tool, then drag the cursor over and across the watermark until it is completely removed.

You can also edit or delete watermarks in your document. Important: This feature isn't available in documents that are in pageless format. If your document already includes watermarks and you switch it to pageless format, you won't see the watermarks in your document anymore.

If it's a text watermark, you'll have the WordArt Tools tab available, and if it's a picture, you'll see the Picture Tools tab when the watermark is selected. If it's a text watermark, you can drag it to change its position on the page, but no other editing. If it's a picture, right-click and choose Format Picture.

Remove a watermark by clicking the header area Double-click near the top of the page to open the header area. Put your cursor over the watermark until you see a 4-way arrow. Select the watermark. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
