Enter Signature Title For Free

Create a signature On the E-mail Signature tab, click New. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK. In the Edit signature box, type the text that you want to include in the signature. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.

Right-click the signature line and select Sign to add your signature. In the Sign dialog box that appears, type your name in the box provided, or if you prefer, you can select an image of your handwritten signature. After you've made your choices, click Sign.

Automatically add a signature to a message Select Settings at the top of the page. Select Mail >Compose and reply. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Select the default signature for new messages and replies. Select Save when you're done.
