To view manual page breaks, paragraph marks and other non-printing characters in Microsoft Word: Click the Home tab in the Ribbon. Click Show/Hide ¶ in the Paragraph group Paragraph marks, tabs, spacing and manual page breaks will display but will not print.

On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the View tab and then click to select or clear the White space between pages check box. Rest the mouse pointer over the gray area above or below a page and then click when you see the Hide White Space or Show White Space pointer.

Go to Layout > Breaks > Page. Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.

In the third method to perform Page Setup in Excel, you will select the file option from the Toolbar as shown below. From the file option, select the print option. You will find all the options for the Page Setup in Excel.

Note. If manual page breaks that you add don't work, you may have the Fit To scaling option selected (Page Layout tab -> Page Setup group -> click Dialog Box Launcher Button image -> Page). Change the scaling to Adjust to instead. On the picture below, you can see 3 horizontal page breaks added.

Go to Layout > Breaks > Page. Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.

Click the Country Footer section, right-click the On Format property, and then click Build. Click Code Builder, and then click OK. Change the OnFormat event of the Country Header so that the Page property is not set in this event. To do this type an apostrophe before the line with the starting page number.
