Only one radio button in a given group can be selected at the same time.

To add multiple radio button groups in one form, first, create a form in HTML with a ?<form>? tag. Then, insert the ?<input>? element and add various attributes, including ?type? as ?radio?, ?id?, ?name?, and ?value?. Lastly, create a ?Submit? button through input type ?submit?.

Once the radio group is created, selecting any radio button in that group automatically deselects any other selected radio button in the same group. You can have as many radio groups on a page as you want, as long as each group has its own name.

As you add each radio button you could right-click on it and display its properties. One of the properties is GroupName; change this to something like Pin1, Pin2, etc. As long as each radio button uses a different group name, they will be considered independent of each other.

Go to Home > Editing > Find & Select > Selection Pane. Select all the radio buttons that you want to delete (to select multiple radio buttons, hold the control key while selecting) and hit the delete key.
