Expand Email Record For Free

When you have the email message in a new window, grab the corners of the window and drag it to full screen size (do not use maximize). Close all other windows, except Mail app and this specific email message. Once you have those 2 left, close the window that you resized.

So to recap: you can have 1000 total recipients, including yourself. A recipient is an individual address, each address in a distribution list you create, an Active Directory Group address, or a Class List. In addition, there is a limit of 35 Class Lists allowed per email.

Expanding a Distribution List (Windows) Enter the lists's name into To, Cc, or Bcc field. Click on Check Names icon on the ribbon or press Ctrl + K to validate list's name. Click the plus sign (+) next to the name of the distribution list to show the list members.

Collapse or expand all groups by shortcut For expanding all groups, hold on the Ctrl key and then press + sign on the number keyboard. For collapsing all groups, you can press Ctrl and ? sign on the number keyboard. After pressing ?Ctrl ?? to collapse all groups, you can see the result as following screenshot shows:

Change the list to a Universal Distribution Group. If the issue persists, change the list to a Universal Distribution Group. You should then be able to expand the list and view the members within Outlook.

From the lower-right corner of the window, drag the corner to the lower-right corner of the screen. You're essentially manually maximizing the window. Close the email window and reopen the same one or a different email. The email should open in this maximized state each time.
