Extend Company Record For Free

Maintaining Customer Master Data On the General Data screen, on the Control Data tab, you enter your customer's NPWP numberin the Tax Number 1 field. Enter the 15-digit number without any spaces or periods. On the Sales Area Data screen, on the Billing Documents tab, you specify your customer's tax classification.

Step 1) Enter T-code ?SPRO? in command field as shown below and execute. Step 2) Choose ?SAP Reference IMG? on choose execute project. Step 3) On display IMG screen, follow the menu path and double click on set up sales area.

If you have to make any further changes to the customer's master data, you can use T-Code: XD02.

Goto tcode XD01 and give the new Company code and sales area details in the above along with the customer number. And give the existing customer number, company code and sales area details in the bottom and press enter and also have to navigate each and every screen by pressing enter button then last save that.

You can go to FD01, enter the customer number, company code and press enter. Fill in all the fields in the company code related tabs and save it. The cusotmer is extended to the company code.

Goto tcode XD01 and give the new Company code and sales area details in the above along with the customer number. And give the existing customer number, company code and sales area details in the bottom and press enter and also have to navigate each and every screen by pressing enter button then last save that.
