Electronic or paper transcripts can be sent to you, an employer, or an institution directly.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Electronic PDF and mailed transcripts are processed through Parchment, the official UCLA transcript agent. Current students should order an official paper or digital PDF academic transcript through MyUCLA (UCLA Logon ID required).

After order receipt, a paper transcript can be issued in three working days or an electronic one in 24 hours. Final transcripts that include a graduation date are available six weeks after term end.

Official academic transcripts can be ordered online through MyUCLA. Transcript orders may not be faxed or sent electronically; these are not secure transmission methods and cannot safeguard personal data. The Concurrent Enrollment Program, offered by UC San Diego Extension, lets you take courses without formal admission to UC San Diego. This is a great way to explore fields of study while earning transferable units. Both undergraduate and graduate courses are offered.

Unofficial transcripts can now be downloaded by logging into your student account and going to ?My Courses?. Under ?Completed? click ?Print Unofficial Transcript?. We will respond to your request in the order received.
