In case your account is 30 days past the due date for payments, you will receive a reminder message on the monthly bill. For example, if your past due balance remains unpaid for the said period then Spectrum will impose a late payment fee at the company's current rate at that time.

If your account balance remains unpaid, your service will be suspended after 62 days. You won't be able to make or receive calls and text messages, or use data. If you have a Protection Plan for your device(s), it will be canceled and can't be reinstated.

Authorized Users are designated when you first set up your Spectrum services. Authorized Users can be added or removed by calling (833) 267-6094. Adding authorized users gives permission for those individuals to access account information and make changes.

Generally, Spectrum will give you a grace period of thirty days after your first missed payment before you're charged a late fee. A late fee will be added to your outstanding balance if you do not pay within this timeframe.

Failure to pay the bills on time (30 days in Spectrum's case) may result in discontinuation of services and even removal of all the equipment. Similarly, if you own multiple accounts like business and residential, a non-payment of bills for even one of them may result in loss of services on all the accounts.

Once you've created your Primary Spectrum username, you can create additional users: Sign in to Spectrum.net. Select the arrow icon at the top right corner of the screen and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Select the People sub-tab. Select Add Person next to the list of users registered on your account.

To edit the users associated with your account: Select the Account tab at the bottom of the app. Select Manage People. From here, you can manage the people who have been added to your Spectrum account or invite new people.

You can temporarily suspend your Spectrum Mobile service for up to 90 days if you won't be using your Spectrum Mobile device(s) for an extended period of time. To suspend your service, please contact us at (833) 224-6603.

Any past-due balance is due immediately. Your payment is considered past due if not received by the date specified on the bill. A late fee may be assessed on any past-due balance each month. A returned payment fee may be assessed for any returned check or declined credit or electronic payment.
