Please note, if student services fees are not paid in full by the payment deadline the account will be subject to late fees, holds will be placed on the account, and classes will be dropped in accordance with the drop class deadline (see the Registrar's Calendar for class drop dates specific to each term).

Holds due to non-payment may have the following consequences: Your current registration may be canceled including classes you are already attending. You may be prevented from registering in the future, ordering a transcript, and/or being issued your diploma.

You may pay using a paper check, cashier's check or money order. Cash is accepted, but as a personal safety precaution, we advise against large sum cash payments. Credit/debit cards are not accepted in person.

Payment Extension means the extension of the due date already expired for payment in part or whole, where the municipality has agreed to substitute that due date with a payment extension date in applicable cases.

An extended payment arrangement allows eligible customers additional time to pay the balance on their account. Payment arrangements process in the Central time zone according to the date and amount predetermined upon eligibility.

If tuition is not paid by the due date, classes will be dropped or if you are a financial aid recipient and your tuition has not been paid in full by the due date, your account will be placed on hold. There is no late fee however; in certain instances a collections fee may be assessed.
