You don't need to change your plan to add data. Sign in to the My chatr app. Download it now from your app store. Select Buy Data Plus at the top of your screen.

Chatr Mobile App: If you have the Chatr mobile app installed on your smartphone, open the app and log in to your account. The app should provide you with information about your data balance and usage. Text Message: Send a text message with the keyword "BAL" or "USAGE" to the Chatr shortcode number CHATR (24287).

Enrolling in DAY PASS is easy. You'll get a text from chatr the day before your anniversary date. Reply ENROLL. If you don't hear from us, you can also text BEGIN to 4962.
