Official Transcripts A high school counselor, teacher, principal or other school official may also email high school transcripts and mid-year reports directly to undergradmail@uic.edu.

The issue date used to be set to the date on which the transcript was generated. Now, those with upgraded accounts can set the issue date to whatever they would like. The issue date can be edited using the form directly below the transcript name.

Transcripts can only be released directly to the student or to a person or entity designated by the student (a photo ID is required when picking up a transcript in person). Official transcripts are $8 per copy and must be paid for when ordered.

Orders for paper transcripts and certificates are processed in 3 ? 6 business days, then mailed using Canada Post standard letter mail service. Personal cheques must clear the bank before your order will be processed; note this can take up to 10 business days.

Average school sending times are within 2 business days from when Parchment notifies them. Please note: Sending times vary by school.

High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under ?Transcripts from Ontario High Schools? and ?Find out if you are eligible?.

If you are able to, please direct your transcript order to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Office of Undergraduate Admissions. If this option is not available, order the transcript be sent to etranscript@illinois.edu.

It depends how far your school is from your prospective institution and how they are able to receive it. If the school accepts electronic transcripts, it may take 24 to 48 hours. If a hard copy is required, it can take a few days to be received. If the schools are on each coast, it could take over a week.

Note: By completing an online transcript request and submitting it with your application and appropriate fees (TEAS fee, transcript request fees, additional choice fees and supplemental fees), you authorize the OUAC to arrange for your official transcripts to be sent to the university choice(s) that you have selected.

When do I submit my final transcripts? If you're admitted and decide to enroll at UIUC, you'll be required to submit final, official high school transcripts once you graduate. Don't send official transcripts at the time of application or after mid-year grades are received.
