Create highlights to keep your best Story content at the top of your Instagram profile permanently. In your Story, tap Highlight in the bottom right corner. Choose the Highlight you want to add your Story to. Or, tap New to create a new Highlight, and type out a name for it. Then click Add.

2. How to Create Instagram Highlight? Tap on the active story to view it. Tap the bottom option Highlight. Tap the plus icon to create new Highlight. Enter the name of the new Highlight. Tap the blue buttons Add.

Create Highlight from the archived stories Go to your Instagram profile and tap Story Highlights below bio. Tap the plus icon. In the new window, tap and select the stories you want to appear in the Highlight and tap Next. Tap 'Edit Cover' to choose which story will appear as a Highlight icon or just upload an icon.

In the Highlight, which you want to update, go to the ?Highlight? icon and then the three dots that appear in the lower right corner. You have 3 options: edit cover, rename the Highlight or delete the ones you no longer want to be displayed. Select ?edit cover?, choose the design already created and you're done!

Open the Story on your smartphone. Tap the Highlight button at the bottom of the screen. Choose the Highlight you want to save the Story to?either a new or existing one. Hit Save and preview the new Highlight on your Instagram profile.
