This is how you add a disclaimer to your website: Write or generate a disclaimer if you don't already have one. Log in to the backend of your website. Create a new page, then copy and paste your disclaimer into the text field. Publish the disclaimer page.

Go to Layout > Page Setup > Header & Footer. Under Header or Footer, on the pop-up menu, select (none).

On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK. In the Edit signature box, type the text that you want to include in the signature.

Email footer or an email signature as it's also called sits at the bottom of your email.
