Why is there a big blank space in my Word document? It is because of margin and you can adjust it by page setup. if you want to remove space between lines than select all content and click on line and paragraph spacing and then remove space after paragraph.

This is because you don't have enough content on the page to push the footer down past the height of the screen resolution. If you add more content into a page it'll force it down and decrease the white space. Which should work across the site.
