The quickest and easiest way to cancel a phone contract is to pay off the balance. If you're on a monthly installment plan, the phone is yours once it's paid off and you're typically free to cancel your service. The Agreement will continue as long as you have at least one line of Service active and until terminated by you or UScellular. You may terminate Service at any time by notifying UScellular.

Your provider has to give you 30 days' notice if they're putting up the price of your contract. You have the legal right to cancel the contract within those 30 days without having to pay a fee. Contact the company and say you're cancelling within the allowed 30 days' notice of a price increase.

15-Day Return Policy The same applies to devices purchased at UScellular ®. Return or exchange within 15 days in like-new condition with original packaging, battery, accessories and other materials. A small $35 restocking fee per item applies.
