The revolutionary CAIR Cushion System replaces the traditional fillings in your saddle panel with air. There are two independently sealed air Cushions within each saddle panel. The concept of air, as the ultimate in cushioning for your horse, is simple.

All new saddles are fitted with a medium gullet (black) at point of manufacture. If your gullet has been changed after purchase the colours are sized as follows: Yellow ? Narrow, Green ? Medium Narrow, Black ? Medium, Blue ? Medium wide, Red ? Wide, and White is Extra wide.

The Benefit self-adjusting gullet? will simply adjust into your horses wither profile as you girth up. The gullet will also, very subtly, adjust to the riders shifting weight while allowing more freedom and flexibility though the horses shoulders.

These saddles are affordable, but also very cost effective due to the adjustment systems they have in place. It is important to note though, unfortunately the CAIR panels themselves can't be adjusted and adding flocking to a CAIR saddle will risk damaging the CAIR panels.

Bates saddles are made from top quality leather and feature Cair panels. These saddles offer a great range of adjustability, from the Cair panels, girthing options and changeable gullet plates.

Undo the velcro along the length of the panel. Insert the needed shims into the panel, ensuring that the logo faces towards the tree of the saddle. Make sure that the shims are aligned with the straight edge along the edge of the chamber. Fasten the velcro, making sure it is smooth all the way along the panel.
