You are welcome to bring a friend to class at any time! Our Guest policy for trying out the gym complimentary is for LOCAL RESIDENTS, Frist Time Guest, 18 years or older. Daily workouts are available for anyone @ $12/day for full use of the gym. We do not have any discounted rates for classes.

Are gym contracts legally binding? Yes. Like all contracts, gym membership contracts create a binding agreement between you and the gym, which lasts until the contract ends. The gym might be able to sue you to collect its membership fees if you stop paying before you are legally allowed to.

If the health club has not opened within six months, you may cancel the contract at any time. But if the health club does open after six months, you only have ten days to cancel the contract. The contract must contain a provision that gives you a five-day right to cancel the contract.

How Do I Terminate My Membership? All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either at the club or by certified mail to the club. Cancellations must be received 10 days prior (30 days prior in Texas) to your bill date.

In order to terminate a contract, many gyms require members to submit a notarized letter of cancellation. This is a letter signed by an official notary public. When writing the letter, be sure to include your name, address, email address, and phone number. You must also list your gym account number.

If you fail to pay your membership fees, your gym can send your account to collections, which is a major negative mark on your credit report. A gym membership is just like any other recurring bill. The method you used to pay the bill does not matter.

TruFit requires written requests of all cancellations and will not honor any verbal cancellation. Additionally, you cannot cancel TruFit membership online or by email. While TruFit does not have a cancellation fee, the club requires a 10-day (30-days in Texas) notice prior to the next bill.
