Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law. To obtain warranty service, you must have a return authorization.

Fitbit Limited Warranty A return authorization must be requested within 45 days of your shipment date. Click here to start the return process and request a return authorization. You must return the Product to Fitbit to receive a refund.The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

If you take good care of your Fitbit and only use it occasionally, it could last for five years or more. However, if you use it frequently and don't take proper care of it, you may find that it only lasts for a year or two.
