Fit Initials Notice For Free

FIT is a State University of New York college offering what we call a 2 + 2 curriculum. Students applying directly from high school begin a two-year associate degree (AAS) program. After completing an AAS, students may apply to one of FIT's two-year bachelor's degree (BS/BFA) programs.

Are fit tests required? Yes. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910.134) requires respirator users to be fit tested to confirm the fit of any respirator that forms a tight seal on your face before using it in the workplace.

With a high school diploma or a passing score on the General Educational Development (GED) test or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC), you can apply to any of FIT's associate degree programs. After the completion of your associate's degree in two years, you can go on to earn a bachelor's degree at FIT.

Minimum GPA: FIT generally consider applicants with a grade point average of 3.0 or better. Official Transcripts: Transfer students who have not yet earned their college degree must submit a high school transcript with proof of high school graduation.
