Use table-layout: fixed for your table and some fixed width for table itself and/or its cells.

You can make a Microsoft Word table fit onto one page by clicking inside the table, choosing the Layout tab, selecting Autofit, then Autofit Contents.

Fit to one page Click Page Layout. Click the small Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right.Select the Page tab in the Page Setup dialog box. Select Fit to under Scaling. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes.Press OK at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.

On the Page Layout menu (Windows), select the Reduce/Enlarge Document check box, and then select By Output Paper Size. Click the Fit to Page button on the Layout dialog box (Macintosh). Under By Output Paper Size on the Page Layout menu (Windows), select the paper size that you loaded in your printer.

Shrink text to fit In the Quick Access toolbar at the top of the Word window, click Customize Quick Access Toolbar (the small down arrow) and choose More Commands. Under Choose commands from, click All Commands. Scroll down through the list of commands until you find Shrink One Page.

Table setting for 'Allow row to break across pages': Select the table row, right-click and select Table properties. Go to the Row tab, and see if Allow row to break across pages is checked or not. If it's not, a row with a lot of information will start on a new page instead of splitting across the page break.

Resize a column or table automatically with AutoFit Select your table. On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, click AutoFit. Do one of the following. To adjust column width automatically, click AutoFit Contents. To adjust table width automatically, click AutoFit Window.
