Billing. Current charges are due within 21 days of delivery. Any past-due balance is due immediately. Your payment is considered past due if not received by the date specified on the bill.

Generally, Spectrum will give you a grace period of thirty days after your first missed payment before you're charged a late fee. A late fee will be added to your outstanding balance if you do not pay within this timeframe.

To update your card in the My Spectrum app: Open and sign in to the app. Select the Billing tab. If you have multiple services, scroll to Mobile. Select Manage Payment Methods. Choose a payment method to make changes. Select Edit Payment Method and follow the on-screen instructions to edit your payment method.

Failure to pay charges by the due date on the billing statement (including checks returned for insufficient funds) may result in suspension or disconnection of all Services, the removal of all Equipment and/or imposition of a late payment or service charge.

If your payment has been rejected, maybe your card has expired or there's not enough credit on the balance. Anyhow, a quick check often solves the problem: Check the information provided (card holder, expiry date, billing address...) are correct and correspond to your card details.

To opt for the Spectrum Payment Arrangement (once you've missed a payment), log into your online Spectrum account. There should be an option to pay your bill in installments. When you have signed up for this arrangement, you will start receiving statements with the amount to pay.
