If you have an Asurion mobile protection plan, you don't have to worry about a cracked screen, water damage, loss or even theft. Our experts are here to make things right. We'll fix your broken device or send you a replacement as soon as the same day. All you need to do is file a claim, either online or over the phone.

Once the insurance claim is approved you'll be told if Asurion is electing to repair or replace the device? and you don't get to have any say. If it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight. A phone charger, battery, and a SIM card will be included. It may be new, or it may be refurbished.

All Samsung Care authorized uBreakiFix service locations use genuine Samsung parts, proprietary Samsung tools for the repairs, and conduct repairs by Samsung certified pros.

We replace cracked screens for a fee. Accidental damage isn't covered by the Apple warranty. Screen repairs are eligible for coverage for accidental damage from handling with your AppleCare+.
