Form Conditional Field Contract For Free

Conditional fields allow you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met. To create conditional fields, you must first create custom fields and then leverage such fields in forms.

Installation Copy the acf-field-for-contact-form-7 folder into your wp-content/plugins folder. Activate the Advanced Custom Fields: Contact Form 7 Field plugin via the plugins admin page. Create a new field via ACF and select the Contact Form 7 type.

If you edit your CF7 form, you will see an additional tag called ?Conditional fields Group?. Everything you put between the start and end tag will be hidden by default. After you have added the field group(s), go to the ?Conditional fields? tab to create one or more conditions that will make the group(s) appear.

Conditional elements are supported in HTML Forms by using two special attributes: data-show-if and data-hide-if . Using these attributes allows you to hide or show parts of your form by referencing the name attribute of a field in your form.

To add conditional logic to a field, open that field in the form editor and select the ?Advanced? tab. At the bottom, click the checkbox next to ?Enable Conditional Logic.? More options will appear.

To use the plugin, go to Plugins->Add New, search for Contact Form 7 Shortcode Installer, install and activate the plugin. Column Shortcodes is a plugin which adds shortcodes to your WordPress website functionality for displaying content on multiple columns.

Conditionally display a section Add a 'Section' ? 'Heading' field. Drag and drop fields into the Section. Open the Section field's options click 'Use Conditional Logic' and add any criteria that you want.
