The form component control lets users edit information of a related table record directly from another table's form. For example, here's the form component on a separate tab on the main account form, which lets the user edit a contact record without leaving the account form.

In a Power Apps model-driven app, quick create forms appear when the Create button is selected in the navigation bar or when + New is chosen when creating a new row from a lookup or subgrid. Model-driven apps and Dynamics 365 mobile apps use quick create forms for creating new rows.

Go to Settings > Customizations. Select Customize the System to open the default solution. Under Components, expand Entities, and then the entity you want, and select Forms. In the list of forms, select the form you want to edit.
