Form Number Diploma For Free

To request the diploma, do one of the following: Complete the Diploma Mailing Address webform, and Registrar's Office staff will order your diploma, for no additional fee, to be mailed via untracked USPS First Class shipping to the address you provide.

Submission. Submit either completed form in person or by mail to the Registrar's Office student service windows. No-fee and BruinBill charge orders only may be faxed to 310-206-4520. Contact Registrar's Office units by e-mail or through the MyUCLA Message Center with questions: Diploma or Name Change.

Students can request in-person pickup, agent pickup, or delivery. Once a diploma becomes available, it is sent within two weeks of delivery instructions being received by the Registrar's Office. Students are notified of diploma availability through MyUCLA. A student may not receive more than one copy of the diploma.

You can elect only one minor in a subject area. No more than one course applied to the satisfaction of requirements in the major program shall be accepted in satisfaction of the requirements of a minor. No course used to satisfy the requirements of one minor shall be applied toward any other minor.

To order an enrollment verification, complete the Enrollment Verification Request Form.

Most UCLA graduates can use the MyUCLA Diploma Request feature or a Replacement Diploma Request form to order a replacement diploma if the original has been lost or destroyed, or to request re-issue of a diploma after a graduate's legal name change.

If you have completed all degree requirements and deposited your thesis or dissertation and are waiting until the next degree conferral date to receive your degree, you may request and receive a letter indicating that all requirements have been completed.
