If the payment method is not specified explicitly, but instead selected from the by the payment program, you can pay several items at the same time.

When paying open supplier line items, you select the open items that you want to pay through the Manage Supplier Line Items app and create the payment to initiate the payment run. The payment information is automatically filled out. The open items clear when the payment run completes successfully.

The other way to issue payments is referred to as manual payments. Two transaction codes are used for manual payments: Transaction F-53 and Transaction F-58.

Use the T-code F-53 or go to Accounting ? Financial Accounting ? Account Payable ? Document Entry ? Outgoing Payment ? Post. Select the Document Date. Select the Company Code.
