Insert Age Transcript For Free

A homeschool transcript looks like any other high schooler's transcript. Ideally, it's a one page document that lists course names, grades, credits, and GPA. Testing may or may not be included. Activities and awards should not be.

A homeschool transcript is official just by being created by the homeschool administrator (aka homeschool parents). If you are running a legal homeschool, your transcript is official. The homeschool transcript is used in a few situations: College applications (including dual enrollment)

Electronic copies of documents can be uploaded through your Launchpad portal. If your institution isn't able to send a hard copy of the document, they can email an electronic copy to transcripts@ualberta.ca.

An official high school transcript is not handled by the student nor sent by the student. An unofficial transcript is a copy that the student has access to and sends for themselves. In either case, your homeschool transcript does NOT need to be notarized unless the college specifically requests it.

For each course on your transcripts, you should include: Course name. Grade earned for each course. Course weight (if additional weight is given) for each course. Number of credits for each course. GPA for each course.

High school transcripts can be ordered at any time online using myPass and sent to a destination of your choice. There is a $10.00 non-refundable processing fee for each copy.

Your previous institution's registrar is responsible for transcripts and therefore, you need to contact the registrar to get official transcripts. Since transcripts are prepared after you have appeared for the final exam, you will have to either call or go in person to enquire about your transcripts.
