To attach a license to an existing project, create a plain text file called LICENSE at the root of your project and copy the text from the license while substituting your own name for copyright. Once your LICENSE file is done, tag your project with the new release, and publish the new version.

Your project's existing copyright holders.You can add or change to whatever license you or your company wants to. Otherwise there may be other copyright holders that you need agreement from in order to change licenses. Who are they? People who have commits in your project is a good place to start.
