Call Spectrum at (833) 224-6603 to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the device. In order to receive a refund or exchange, Spectrum must receive the Mobile Device within ten (10) days of you receiving a return authorization from Spectrum.

General Troubleshooting Try turning WiFi OFF, and then back ON. This will help resolve most WiFi issues. Ensure WiFi is enabled and that you have a strong WiFi signal. Make sure you're in range of the WiFi network to which you're trying to connect.
