Invoice Template Insert Page Numbers For Free

At the top of the page, before the first line/word, click on the document to place your curser. Then choose Page Layout from the top menu. Next select Breaks - Next Page. Now choose Insert from the top menu and then select Page Numbers and then choose how you want them to appear in the document.

Invoices and invoice templates in QuickBooks are single-page documents. However, when you have large blocks of standard text such as legal notifications or disclaimers that require a two-page invoice, you can adjust the margins on the first page to force a second page.

Click in the header or footer where you want the page number. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click Insert Page Number. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click Format Page Number. In the Number format box, click the format that you want for the numbers in this section.

Go to the Gear > Custom form styles. Select the Edit link of the standard or default invoice template. From the Design tab, change the template, logo, color, font, and print settings. Click Done.

From the left menu, under Your Practice, select Work. Select Manage templates. Find the template you need, then select Create Project.
