QuickBooks allows you to customize every part of the invoice, including adding or moving your company logo, changing the position and appearance of the company's name and contact information, changing the invoice title, and adding, amending or removing fields on the invoice.

Go to Lists from the top menu. Select Templates. Right-click the invoice template you want to delete. Choose Delete Template. Click OK to confirm the deletion. Repeat the process for your other templates.

Navigate to the Sales tab under Account and settings by clicking on the gear icon, selecting Account and settings in the first column, and then clicking on Sales. Click on File at the top menu bar. Select on Printer Setup. Select on the Form Name. Make sure that the Do not print lines around each field is unchecked. Click on OK.

Click Sales (or Invoicing) in the left hand menu. Select the Invoices tab. Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
