If you try to take out from the page layout, you can't, because it is standard field. I found the solution that you can hide the standard field with help of 'Field level security' and make it invisiable from the page layout. So the case object record will not show the unwanted standard fields.

Hi James - hiding sections is not possible since those are on the page layout, not related to field level security or any other type of permission. What you can do is create a new page layout for those users and assign a different page layout to the profile you do not want to see those sections.

Uncheck Visible on the field you're trying to hide. And you're all set! Any users assigned to that profile will no longer see the field when they access a record on that object!
